Many people have learned through experience that landing a good job often depends on acquiring a good education. But to truly excel in one’s chosen field, whether in medicine or music, in architecture or astronomy, in sales or sports, each one demands persistent practice; which I’m sure you already knew. So education opens employment doors, but persistent hard work reaps even greater occupational benefits.

The same principle holds true when it comes to learning the Bible. Studying it will open spiritual doors, but working hard to apply its Truths will reap a God-pleasing life of integrity.

This Sunday we conclude our current sermon series on, “The Book Above All Books,” by asking and answering this question: “What will the Bible do for me?” Perhaps you’d like to hear what the Bible says about itself with two specific answers? So please, join us this Sunday morning.
