Sermon Synopsis for Sunday, April 17th Easter Sunday: “What Difference Does It Make? (Part 2)”

What a difference one day can make. On May 14th, 1607, 104 Englishmen and boys landed in Jamestown, VA and our nation was conceived. On April 12th, 1861, the South Carolina Army fired on the United States Army stationed at Fort Sumter and our United States wasn’t – not for the next four years. On December 7th, 1941, and September 11th, 2001, our beloved country now has two dates that will live in infamy. One day can make a huge difference!

An event occurred 2000 years ago and is still making a huge difference today. A dead man defied the laws of nature and stepped out from His tomb. Indisputably dead one day; unmistakably alive the next. Jesus rose from the grave.

Please join us this Sunday morning as we probe Part 2 in this two-part sermon I’ve entitled, “What Difference Does It Make?”
