Sermon Synopsis for Sunday, November 21st: “Our Bottomless Debt-Pit”

My mortgage company would vehemently object to what I’m about to write, and so would yours, if you have yet to satisfy certain of your loans. In the proverbial nutshell, we have but one debt to pay and it isn’t to Wells Fargo or Quicken Loans or Bank of America.

Now that I have your attention, especially if you still owe on a car loan, a home equity loan, a student loan, or any other loan, I don’t want you blaming me if you choose now to renege on paying down on these obligations. This is not what I’m advocating! Please, pay off all your debts, and in a timely fashion. But at the same time, realize there is but one debt we could never fully satisfy, as we’ll be paying off this baby for the rest of our lives.
Do you want to hear more? Then please join us this Sunday as we dig deeper into just what that bottomless pit of debt is that we will forever owe.
