This past winter changed my property’s landscape forever. Five pine trees of various shapes and sizes couldn’t stand up to the gale-force winds that blew in with a series of Nor’easters. My chainsaw massatree buddy, alias Woolley-Bully Bunyan, helped me manicure my yard back into its “Better Homes & Gardens” likeness – or nearly.
In the Biblical story we’ll be addressing this coming Sunday, we’ll learn about one of history’s most notable “trees;” not blown down, but chopped down, first in a dream, and then in a life.
