Sermon Synopsis Sunday March 11: “Jehovah vs. the People of Israel”

We live in a litigious society. Why? Because it works – meaning, because it pays. Even the most frivolous lawsuits can be disproportionately profitable; you can walk away with some soft-earned cash. One prison inmate, for example, sued the place of his incarceration because his orange jumpsuit offended his aesthetic sensibilities. No kidding. The case got settled out of court to prevent the unnecessary pile of legal fees. If I recall accurately, he banked $2,000.

I know of another lawsuit that was anything but frivolous! How would you like to be sued by God? Why not attend this Sunday morning to hear His charges against His very own Chosen People in the case of “Jehovah vs. the People of Israel?”
