We must be able to speak clearly, and wisely, when dealing with conflict. Speaking without grace, or wisdom, can be detrimental to any resolution that we are attempting to reach.
James 3:17 –“But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, unwavering, without hypocrisy.”
