Faith Family Fellowship is so persuaded by the importance of “Faith” that we chose it for our First Name.
It touts that we are a people of Faith. But what exactly does this mean in the Christian Faith, for there are many Faiths? For Christians, Faith is indispensable. We believe that without it, no one can get in the door of the Faith, much less live out its essentials.
Starting this Sunday, we’re going to probe the significance of everyday “faith” for living the Christian life in a series we’ve entitled, “God’s Early Hall of Faith”. In the book of Hebrews, chapter 11, the unnamed author looks back to several Old Testament greats whose lives personified faith. We’re going pay some of them a visit and discover what principles we can transfer from their lives to ours some three millennia later. This Sunday we will seek to answer two foundational questions related to the meaning and necessity of Faith: “What is faith?” and “Should I care?”
