The Beatles sang a song that was 20 centuries too late. Its lyrics would have made far more sense in the first century A.D. “You say, ‘Goodbye’ and I say, ‘Hello.’” You see, when folks wrote letters back in that first century, they preserved their greetings ‘til the end of their letters. So they said, “Hello,” when they should have been writing, “Goodbye” – well, at least according to today’s letter-format.

Last week we began a three-week probe into Paul’s Goodbye Greetings, and who would have ever guessed so much unseen meat was clinging onto so much innocuous bone? Please join us to see what I mean.
