It’s no secret that Mari and I are planning our retirement strategy. Just a few of the matters that have preoccupied our contemplations have zeroed in on where we wish to live out our remaining years, when it would behoove us to sell our current residence, what furniture we ought to keep and take with us, when I should start collecting my Social Security, and what do we see ourselves doing ministry-wise while we’re able in our twilight years.
Just when I presumed life would begin to become less complicated, I discovered my presumption didn’t match with our reality. Fortunately, the same is not said of how we should live out the rest of our Christian lives, especially in the realm of love.
Please join us this Sunday morning as we continue on with our sermon series within a sermon series entitled, “It’s Not Complicated.”
