At the last moment God restrains the knife and sends a ram. Later God sends his own son to be sacrificed for our sins. Is 52.13 to Is 53.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>The Hebrews of Jesus time were very eager for a triumphant messiah king who would throw out the Roman oppressors.
