A\u00a0pair of angels\u00a0gave this enigmatic explanation,\u00a0<em>&#8220;He is not here; He has risen!&#8221;<\/em>\u00a0Thoroughly confounded by this announcement, \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0they ran back to His\u00a0disciples&#8217; hiding place where\u00a0they recounted the morning&#8217;s events.\u00a0Peter and John\u00a0didn&#8217;t wait to hear\u00a0Pauline Harvey&#8217;s\u00a0<em>&#8220;The Rest of Story&#8221;<\/em>.\u00a0They shot out the door and sprinted to the tomb, only to find it empty, save for the\u00a0undisturbed shroud.\u00a0Peter \u00a0dissolved into an emotional wreck, but\u00a0John beamed\u00a0from\u00a0his\u00a0<em>&#8220;Aha&#8221;<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em>moment.\u00a0Then after they had dispersed, the\u00a0stage was set for the most memorable encounter\u00a0of the morn,\u00a0Jesus appearing to Mary Magdalene.<br \/>\nChurches recount this half of the Easter story\u00a0year after year. But it&#8217;s the\u00a0other half of the Easter story\u00a0that&#8217;s rarely heralded.\u00a0For Easter Sunday is not\u00a0just about that\u00a0initial and ne&#8217;er-to-be-repeated miracle resurrection\u00a0that happened way back then.
