I have taught who knows how many Sunday School classes and Bible studies? I have counseled scores of people using the Bible as my primary therapeutic resource.<\/p>\n<p>Now I would like to think that everyone who has ever sat under any of my theological venues has understood what I had just imparted to them, but reality dictates otherwise. Sometimes, I\u2019m misunderstood. People have left the sanctuary, or a Sunday School classroom, or a home Bible Study, or my office, scratching their head. The look on their face betrays their silent confusion of, \u201cWhat in the world did he just say?\u201d<a href=\"https:\/\/faithfamilyfellowship.church\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/counselor-1294858_1280.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-4689 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/faithfamilyfellowship.church\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/counselor-1294858_1280-300x233.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"233\" srcset=\"https:\/\/faithfamilyfellowship.church\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/counselor-1294858_1280-300x233.png 300w, https:\/\/faithfamilyfellowship.church\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/counselor-1294858_1280-768x598.png 768w, https:\/\/faithfamilyfellowship.church\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/counselor-1294858_1280-1024x797.png 1024w, https:\/\/faithfamilyfellowship.church\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/counselor-1294858_1280.png 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>As carefully as I can, I strive to bring clarity to every sermon I preach, every Bible study I teach, and every counselee I seek to reach; but sometimes, I leave people wallowing in a comprehension quagmire. Now there is no doubt that the fault lay on both ends of the communication spectrum, from me as the speaker, to them as the listener.
